Our drum is designed with outstanding performance in mind, combining a high-strength steel core with precise vulcanized rubber coating to offer superior load capacity, vibration reduction performance and wear resistance. Utilizing advanced bonding technology, we ensure perfect adhesion between the metal and rubber layers, eliminating the risk of delamination even in demanding applications. Our drum is available in various rubber compounds (PU, NBR, EPDM), hardness grades (Shore A 30 ° – 90 °) and surface patterns, optimized for conveyor systems, printing equipment and automated production lines. Key advantages include precise dynamic balance (≤ 0.05mm tolerance), chemical/ oil-resistant formulations, and ISO-certified manufacturing processes – ensuring reliable operation in harsh industrial environments while significantly reducing noise and maintenance requirements.
We use raw materials imported from Germany or Japan. Although the cost is higher, they are more durable and safer.
